Speaker Bios:


Major Casey P. Clark is a 27-year veteran of the Little Rock Police Department and currently serves as the Division Commander of the 21st Century Community Policing Division. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing numerous community outreach programs and technologies over the past three years and is the originator of the groundbreaking Atlas One application, enabling residents to access real-time crime information and all the department's online services.


Lt. Brien Turner started his Law Enforcement career in July 1998, with the Jackson Police Department. He worked patrol for 10 years until May 2007, when he was assigned the duties of deploying computer and camera systems into the patrol fleet. For the last 16 years, he has overseen many new technology projects for the Jackson Police Department. From License Plate Readers, Shotspotter, RMS/CAD implementation, Body Worn Cameras, among many more. The latest implementation being Atlas One.


Kevin Pietrus is a Lieutenant with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently assigned to the Public Affairs Division, he is part of a team that is responsible for public relations, media relations, and branding/marketing. Kevin is a 15-year law enforcement officer.


Jamieson Johnson is a Senior Vice President at Atlas One, the leading digital communications platform for Public Safety. Jamieson has been designing, developing, and implementing modern citizen engagement technology for law enforcement and public safety agencies for over a decade and has been instrumental in helping the leading public safety agencies across North America embrace 21st century policing strategies.
